If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only approved after we’ve confirmed the reported fault through inspection or photo evidence.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Be returned with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards or accessories.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling.

  2. We’ll verify the fault and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
